Starting the Savings Accounts...
In these troubled economic times, it seemed as good a time as any to have the girls open their first savings accounts. We went to the credit union last week and got them all signed up. They got cute little "Money Bunnies" and educational books to go along with it. I also signed up for the electronic access, hoping it will make it easier for me to remember to pay them their allowance if I can just zap the $$$ in there whenever I'm thinking about it!

Oh, I am so glad you are doing this!! What smart parents you are!!
Such a great program! I love the books that come with it too! I can still remember going down to the bank with my pouch full of pennies to open up an account. Those poor tellers had to roll all of my pennies for me!
