Sleeping Beauty

Margaret's spring ballet was Sleeping Beauty, performed on Mother's Day weekend.  She had two roles, the first as a lovely "Fairylette" and the second as a Page.

Spring Getaway

 Jeff and I tried to slip away to Arizona to find some winter sunshine during March.  Just our luck to pick the only weekend where the Mariner's spring training game got RAINED OUT!  We did our best to enjoy the break and have fun despite weather.  Really enjoyed the botanical gardens outside Phoenix, going to the movies, and wandering around Scottsdale.  Would definitely go back again--I can only imagine how awesome the trip would be if there were actually sun!

Caroline has shamed me into finally updating the blog with some new pictures...  Thought I'd start with the ones related to her post about track, which has turned out to be a GREAT season for both Margaret & Caroline.  They're learning all kinds of new things, getting great exercise, and enjoying being involved in a team sport.
