Leavenworth whirlwind...

Just got back from our annual trek to Leavenworth to play in the snow. This year we had an abbreviated trip--just one night--so it was tough to cram in all the activities we like to do there. We managed to go innertubing at the ski hill, swimming at the hotel, walking around downtown Leavenworth at night to enjoy the Christmas lights, sledding (sort of) and a snowball fight at Enchantment Park, and ice skating in Wenatchee--all in just over 24 hours. Did I mention we didn't make it all the way to midnight to celebrate New Year's? We crashed about 9:45 after celebrating New York New Years--another OlyDoyle annual tradition. This year we were also somewhat handicapped by the fact that three of us have colds in various stages that are zapping our energy. I have a feeling we're sleeping WAY in tomorrow!!!
