Carvin' party with the Barrettes
Tonight we had a grand time carving our pumpkins with our friends the Barrettes. They brought cool pumpkin designs/ patterns and carving tools--way more advanced than we've tried in the past. Margaret carved a spooky bat family on her pumpkin and Caroline stuck with a traditional face. Both with very little help from us this year! Of course the highlight of the entire evening was the whoopie pies brought for dessert by Margaret B. YUMMY!

That looks like so much fun! We are going to carve ours this week. Did you roast your pumpkin seeds?
I love your guys' pumpkins! We carved ours yesterday and roasted up some seeds. I posted a blog with our long day of pumpkin carving... ;-)
