Phantom of the Opera

Somehow the girls got it into their heads to perform the "Phantom of the Opera" for us. I didn't even know where they'd heard of it, but apparently someone did a piece from it at the school talent show. It made quite an impression on Margaret & Caroline, I guess. They came home from school last week, made their own masks, and rehearsed all afternoon. They made tickets for me and Jeff, and after dinner we descended into the darkness below... With lights out, flashlights glowing, and spiders hung from the ceiling above the couch, they sang and performed mock battle scenes for us. Quite entertaining...
